Bj’s Songbirds Center of the Performing Arts Inc. in Davison Michigan (Genesee County) has been in business since 2002. Barbarajean Peckins-Muszynski (Ms BJ) the founder and owner saw in the citizens of Davison and Genesee County a great deal of talent. She realized and provided a performing arts school to develop, refine and heighten the exposure of these talented individuals. BJ’s has roughly 165 students that range in age from 4-65 and five instructors. BJ’s offers a variety of classes, private voice, guitar, piano, woodwinds, theatrical dance, drama, and seven company choirs. We also have some of the Best summer camps in Michigan.  The Company choirs range from ages 4-18. Songbirds National Platinum award winning companies and Competition team compete several times a year and perform at different functions around Genesee County. Most recently they Competed at 2009 Nationals in Walt Disney World.  Where they were awarded 1st place overall vocalist in the mini, junior and teen vocal divisions.We offer classes year round for everyone with a desire and a love for the performing arts.
